About Us

Total Process Solutions is an operations and manufacturing consulting company serving clients in Northern Indiana. We help business organizations to address critical process issues using proven quantitative tools and methodologies. TPS is founded by a team of experienced manufacturing professionals from a variety of industries and backgrounds whose main goal  is to help companies improve their productivity and reduce costs.

What we do

Our services are aimed at helping our clients to establish best practices and techniques in manufacturing operations. Our approach is to work along with our clients to understand their business processes and challenges, to use efficient and proven methodologies in data collection, system analysis and redesign, and finally to build long-term partnership to promote growth. This is done through a combination of consulting, system implementation, project management and training.

What we bring

¨ Experience - Our partners have more than 20 years of combined work experience in the field of lean manufacturing, six sigma, project management and simulation.

¨ Education - Our partners have graduate degrees in industrial engineering, business management, certifications in six sigma black belt and CPIM.

¨ Technical tools - We use several technical tools to study, analyze and improve the processes. These include, simulation software, AutoCAD, Visio, Minitab, VSM and six sigma.

¨ Flexible and lower costs - Our consulting costs are lower compared to standard industry rates because of very low overhead expenses and servicing the clients locally. Depending on the nature of the project, we will be glad to work on various flexible terms - hourly, project or retainer basis.

¨ Approach - At TPS, our main objective is to help our clients improve their business processes and we take pride in understanding their processes and improving them.
